Customer Survey This survey will be permanently available to complete online. The aim of the survey is to find out how you feel about our town centre, how often you use it, and how you think it can be improved. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The results will be published quarterly on this website. For the purpose of this survey the "town centre" is defined as the geographic area from the sea front to Ashcombe Road, bordered north by the Boulevard and south by Carlton Street.
